
Unlike the previous government's cabinet, Narendra Modi has opted for a smaller cabinet that comprises of 45 ministers.
Senior leaders like Venkaiah Naidu, Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj, Nitin Gadkari, Ram Vilas Paswan, Harshavardhan and Ashok Gajapati Raju etc. will be present in his cabinet.
Now, Telugu Desam Party Chief Chandra Babu Naidu is also planning the same way in Andhra Pradesh.
Naidu also expressed his interest in smaller cabinet and reports say that he asked the advisors to merge the departments so that the number in the cabinet will be decreased.
TDP sources revealed that Chandra Babu Naidu will take oath as Chief Minister on June 8, 2014.
Chandra Babu will become the first Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh after the state was bifurcated. Cabinet list of Telugu Desam Party is yet to be announced officially.
