Has the Congress high command threatened to send Nara Lokesh Naidu, son of Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu, to jail after foisting cases against him?
The answer is, according to YSR Congress Party leader G Srikanth Reddy.
He told media on Monday that TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu had decided to depute his party representatives to appear before GoM as he had received threats from the Centre that Lokesh Naidu would be sent to jail after lodging cases against him.
The YSRCP leader asked Chandrababu Naidu to explain why he was sending his party representatives to GoM meeting.
“Has he received threats of sending his son to jail or Congress high command dictated him not to come to Delhi?” he asked.
Ridiculing Naidu, the YSRCP leader asked why the former was undertaking “Atma gouravam yatra” without withdrawing his letter submitted to the Cemtre on Telangana.
He also criticized Naidu for stating that Jaganmohan Reddy was adopted son of the Congress party.
