Congress MPs from Telangana region have decided to lodge complaints with the Chief Vigilance Commissioner and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on the reschedule of Rs 8,000-crore loans of Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, who was strongly opposing bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to the media later, the Telangana Congress MPs said they would demand an inquiry into the Solar Power Scam in Rajasthan and assets owned by Rajagopal.
They pointed out that the firm owned by Rajagopal’s family indulged in the solar power scam in Rajasthan.
They alleged that Rajagopal was trying to bully them with the money he earned through illegal means.
The claim of Seemandhra leaders that they would prevent bifurcation of the State indicates their utter foolishness.
They said the Seemandhra leaders had miserably failed to influence CWC, Union Cabinet and GOM on formation of separate Telangana State.
“How can they prevent bifurcation of the State?,” the Telangana Congress MPs questioned.
