Chandrababu Naidu says that people from Seemandhra in Hyderabad are being subjected to discrimination and therefore the Governor should be given control over 'law and order' in Hyderabad.
KCR says there is no question of implementing section 8 and Hyderabad has been very peaceful for the past one year.
Since section 8 concerns the safety and well-being of Seemandhra people in Hyderabad, why not take their opinion into consideration?
Why not hold a plebiscite to find out what the majority of them think and then act accordingly? But how can one conduct a survey of Seemandhra people in Hyderabad?
Simple! The data s available with KCR thanks to the survey he conducted immediately after coming to power. If the SA people feel safe in Hyderabad, they wouldn’t opt for section 8. If not, the governor must step in.
