Meanwhile, allegations have surfaced against his son and a local businessman for exploiting the constituency.
Complaints have reportedly been submitted to the government, and upon investigation, officials confirmed the allegations. The senior MLA has been warned to exercise caution moving forward.
Party insiders say the MLA feels insulted, as instead of being rewarded with a ministerial berth, he is now under scrutiny, adding to his growing dissatisfaction.
