A complaint has been filed in Bunder police station at Mangalore on BJP MP Candidate from Mangalore, Nalin Kumar Kateel.
An FIR was filed on Monday by a Mumbai based businessman and he mentioned in the report that Nalin Kumar is having extra-marital affair with the former's wife and the BJP MP candidate was charged with adultery, conspiracy and intimidation.
Complainant Satish Shetty said that Nalin Kumar took advantage of the misunderstandings happened between him and his wife, instead of sorting the issue, Nalin has forces Satish's wife to file a dowry harassment case against him.
Satish hired detectives and caught Nalin with evidence. However, Nalin Kumar is denying this and said that it's a political conspiracy against him.
