Due to the Telangana turmoil that has damaged Andhra Pradesh, many unknown faces became political celebrities and gained mileage.
Among them, the name of AP NGOs president Paruchuri Ashok Babu also flashes.
Though he has not done anything concrete he got good mileage thanks to media support and his statements.
However, his graph seems to be falling now due to the statements which are going off track.
Recently, Ashok Babu made a statement that AP NGOs would support Samaikyandhra candidate in upcoming Rajya Sabha elections.
Many are saying it would have been better if he had also revealed their names.
He reportedly added that even the MLAs would put their vote for the Samaikyandhra candidate.
Firstly, nobody knows who those candidates are. Secondly, the independent candidates who are contesting are claiming themselves to be Samaikyandhra representatives then who will Ashok Babu certify.
Above all, it is heard that MLAs are being bribed with 20 lakhs each for their single vote. Given that situation, what is the need for the MLAs to listen to Ashok Babu.
Given these realistic situations, it comes as a joke to see Ashok Babu giving such statements and spoiling his reputation.
