Though both of them have been voted to power as chief ministers, KCR went a step ahead and became the Chief Minister today.
Chandra Babu on the other hand, will be sworn in on June 8.
Babu was confident that KCR would invite him to his swearing in ceremony. But he was disappointed as the latter did not invite him for the ceremony.
Well, it is a known fact that the entire Telangana considers Chandra Babu as their prime opponent. In fact, even children resonate with such feelings in the region. As KCR was aware of this sentiment, he strategically excluded Babu from his list of guests.
So, Babu called KCR to congratulate him on his Big Day. He even unfurled the Telangana flag at his party office and said that they would have gone to KCR’s swearing in ceremony had he invited them.
Immediately, after his speech, one got to see Revanth Reddy spitting venom on KCR and his government on various channels saying that they denied power to STs by leaving them out of his Cabinet. Knowing that TDP would create a ruckus, TRS is said to have excluded them from their guests’ list.
Now, Chandra Babu will invite KCR being well aware that he would not attend the ceremony. Well, that is what politics is all about!
