Our sources have informed that some farmers have sold their land for close to 1 crore and this is a huge amount.
Especially the the land rates in between Vijayawada, Mangalagiri, Tenali and Guntur regions have increased a lot since state bifurcation.
Some people have started to praise KCR and say that they thank the Telangana CM for suggesting Amaravati as the state capital.
KCR never misses a chance to show his hatred towards Andhra people but the Coastal Andhra people love him and say that his roots are from Vizianagaram.
