What they were saying is that the AP Intelligence Wing officials cannot resort to the same sort of operations in Hyderabad as their Telangana counterparts. This is absolutely ridiculous on their part.
With Hyderabad being the common capital of both the States, how can one Government claim exclusive jurisdiction over the city? The same goes for law and order as well.
KCR says that ‘law and order’ in Hyderabad is the ole prerogative of the TRS government. This will only result in misuse of the powers. Hence the AP reorganization Act ought to be amended to enable a neutral authority, greater say in the administration of the city.
