The first and most important quality one needs to have in order to be a successful politician is 'absolutely no shame'. Our Union Minister, Venkayya Naidu is a living example.
He is still trying to deceive the people of AP by saying that ‘Special Status’ was very much in consideration. “Granting special status to AP is very much under consideration. However, it is not easy to take a decision on it overnight since we need to address various legal and constitutional issues involved before arriving at a conclusion,” he said at a press conference in Hyderabad.
If that is the case Venkayya, on what basis did you promise a special status to Andhra Pradesh in Rajya Sabha? Did you not know of these various problems then? How come you are speaking of these problems only now?
Politicians like Venkayya, Purandeswari, Kavuri, Chiranjeevi, Botsa Satyanarayana, Pallam Raju, and Panabaka Lakshmi etc who deceive their people for electoral gains or otherwise are really worse than those people of India who sided with the British during the Independence Movement.
