YSRC Manifesto, Final List after Siddam 4

YSRC Manifesto, Final List after Siddam 4

Rajya Sabha member and regional coordinator for YSRC in North Andhra, Y V Subba Reddy, stated that the final list of ruling party candidates and the party’s manifesto for the upcoming assembly and Lok Sabha elections will be unveiled after the fourth and final phase of Siddham, scheduled near Prakasam and Bapatla on March 3.

Addressing reporters at the YSRC party office on Saturday, Subba Reddy revealed that the manifesto will emphasize the continuation of Navaratnalu and other ongoing social welfare schemes.

He noted that there has been no dissent among party leaders following the release of the three lists.

"All are united, as evidenced in the Rajya Sabha election," he remarked.

The MP highlighted that this marks the first time Telugu Desam has no representation in the Rajya Sabha.

Furthermore, he stated, "Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy desires no representation of Telugu Desam in any legislative body in the country." In this regard, he expressed confidence in YSRC winning all 175 assembly constituencies in the state.

Subba Reddy highlighted the success of Siddham meetings at Bheemili and Denduluru, with record-breaking attendance at the Raptadu Siddham meeting, drawing attention from neighboring states. He mentioned the upcoming Palnadu Siddham scheduled for March 3.

Regarding the joint list released by Jana Sena and TD in Vijayawada, Subba Reddy commented that it exposes the weaknesses of the alliance more than its strengths.

He noted TD's struggle in preparing its candidate list, currently having candidates for only 30 to 40 assembly segments.

Responding to questions about Pawan Kalyan's satisfaction with only 24 seats, Subba Reddy suggested that the JS chief sees a promising future aligning with Chandrababu Naidu, who, in turn, is willing to go to great lengths to seize power.

He criticized the alliance, stating, "There is more package engineering than social engineering."

Regarding Chandrababu Naidu's manifesto, Subba Reddy claimed that Naidu would remove the alliance's manifesto from the TD website after the elections, much like he did after the 2014 elections.

He dismissed Naidu's electoral promises as superficial, referring to them as "super six and super seven" only during election periods.

Asked about APCC chief Y.S. Sharmila's potential impact on YSRC's election prospects, he asserted that there is no place for Congress in Andhra Pradesh, citing Alla Ramakrishna Reddy's return to YSRC as evidence.
