YS Jagan Taking Active Part Finally

YS Jagan Taking Active Part Finally

Former Chief Minister and YSR Congress Party chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been appearing in the media frequently in recent times.

Jagan has been consistently taking an active role in refuting the misinformation being spread against him.

YSRCP leaders believe that if Jagan had been similarly proactive during his tenure as Chief Minister, the current situation might have been avoided.

While in power, Jagan rarely engaged directly with the media. Instead, he relied heavily on government advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy to communicate on his behalf. This approach, however, caused more harm than good for the YSRCP.

The perception grew among the public that Jagan was aloof, and many believe this could have been mitigated if he had personally addressed the media to clarify government policies and decisions.

Even after losing power, Jagan seems to have struggled to adapt. However, in light of recent events, he has stepped forward, using media platforms to counter the lies propagated by the coalition government.

For instance, after allegations surfaced regarding adulteration in Tirumala laddu prasadam, Jagan's subsequent explanation shifted public opinion in favor of the YSRCP, with many viewing the party as having regained the upper hand.

In a recent press conference, Jagan also addressed claims about the state's mounting debt. He pointed out that the government is showing an excuse of debts for everything that it is supposed to do.

Furthermore, he criticized the coalition government for failing to fulfill its "Super Six" guarantees, accusing them of boasting about their achievements while ignoring their responsibilities.

Jagan is scheduled to address the media again today. He plans to respond to allegations that he accepted a bribe of Rs 1,750 crore from the Adani Group in exchange for signing power contracts.

The YSRCP now realizes the importance of Jagan engaging with the media directly. They believe that silence would only allow such allegations to gain traction, and Jagan's direct explanations are crucial to counter these narratives effectively.
