Young Leaders Upset With Lokesh's 'Era' And 'Orai'

TDP youth leaders are growing increasingly impatient with the way Nara Lokesh addresses them. They feel uncomfortable when Lokesh, who is around their age, calls them 'era' and 'orai'. Unable to express their feelings, they feel hurt and share their grievances with their friends in political circles.

The son of a prominent Uttarandhra leader, a young leader who is representing in the highest legislative house, the son of a former miniter in Vizag are a few among the victims of Lokesh's disrespect now.

There is an ongoing internal debate within the TDP regarding Lokesh's habit of addressing all the young leaders across the state in this casual manner.

Reports suggest that Lokesh believes that calling them era', orai', 'pora' etc, would show a friendly bond. However, these youth leaders are reminded that among childhood friends, such sounds are acceptable but not this way.

They also say that when Lokesh calls them 'era', 'orai', they still call him with respect using "Sir" and "Anna", as a protocol to respect the scion of the party.

Opinions have been expressed that Lokesh may not intend to insult them with his casual addressing, but it would be better if he understood the emotional state of those being called.

Some TDP youth leaders have brought this matter to the attention of senior party members, expressing their discomfort with being called so.

It would be beneficial if Lokesh could comprehend their feelings and adjust his way of addressing them.

The youth leaders suggest that a more affectionate and respectful tone would be preferable, emphasizing that the use of 'era' and 'orai' is not appropriate.

They believe that if they are called by name with love and respect, it would alleviate their concerns. The youth leaders question whether Lokesh truly understands their pain.
