Will Chandrababu Take His Oath At Tirumala Now?

Bhumana Karunakara Reddy took an oath in front of the Lord Venkateshwara's Temple in Tirumala, asserting his innocence regarding allegations of wrongdoing during his tenure as TTD Chairman.

It is known that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has made serious allegations concerning the adulteration of Tirumala Laddu Prasadam and other illegal activities during the YCP regime. In response, Bhumana Karunakara Reddy has come forward to affirm his integrity to the public.

On August 10 of the previous year, Karunakara Reddy assumed the position of TTD Chairman. He resigned on the day the election results were announced. In light of the allegations, he took them seriously and decided to respond.

On Monday at 3:30 pm, after taking a holy bath at Pushkarini, he offered Karpura Neerajanam at Akhilandam.

He then swore that he had not engaged in any illegal activities or corruption during his tenure and had not tarnished the reputation of the TTD.

Bhumana asserted that there was no adulteration in the Anna Prasadam or the ghee used in the preparation of Laddu Prasadam.

He further challenged his accusers to take a similar oath to prove their allegations.

He expressed his anguish, stating that his mind has been tormented, as if in a furnace of fire, due to the baseless accusations.

He lamented that these divine offerings were being tainted by the polluted minds of some individuals. The incident where the police intervened while he was taking the oath drew criticism.

Earlier, the police had served notices to Karunakara Reddy at the Alipiri tollgate, asking him to refrain from making any political statements in Tirumala.

In response, Karunakara Reddy emphasized that he, too, desires a ban on political discourse in Tirumala.

Finally we have to see if Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan takes similar oath at Tirumala as appealed by Karunakar Reddy.
