Popular writer-turned-actor Posani Krishna Murali doesn’t hesitate to flaunt his affiliation towards YSR Congress party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
He won’t tolerate anybody who made any strong comment against Jagan and attacks them with strongest words.
He doesn’t mind facing the counter-attack, but he doesn’t change his stand in favour of the chief minister.
On Friday, too, Posani took strong objection to the criticism against Jagan Mohan Reddy government that it was creating several hurdles for the screening of power star Pawan Kalyan’s latest film Bhimla Nayak.
“I, too, belong to the Telugu film industry. I don’t think the chief minister is creating troubles for the cinema theatres screening Pawan Kalyan’s film deliberately. If they have any proof, let them show,” Posani said to reporters, after meeting Jagan at the latter’s camp office on Friday.
He warned the critics of Jagan against making any wild allegations against the chief minister.
“Do you think I will keep quiet, when they abuse him? I shall bury them 100 feet deep into the soil,” he said.
Posani said he had made the chief minister only for the sake of courtesy, to express his gratitude for helping his family during the pandemic period.
He made it clear that he had not disclosed anything about cinema tickets issue nor had he sought any posts or positions.
“The government has not taken any decision on cinema ticket rates yet. It is waiting for the proposals for small budget film makers. Maybe, it will take a few more days,” the actor said.
It may be mentioned that Posani had entered into war of words with Pawan Kalyan’s fans in October over the latter’s comments against the Jagan Mohan Reddy government.
He held press conferences in Hyderabad twice and attacked Pawan for instigating his fans against him and his family.
