Why is Pawan Kalyan falling sick so often?

Jana Sena Party president and Andhra Pradesh deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan, who had been very active in taking part in film shootings till a couple of years ago, seems to be not keeping good health after the last elections and joining the government.

While he enjoyed the title of “power star” in his film industry, he seems to have lost all this power after becoming part of the government.

There have been several reports of Pawan Kalyan falling sick due to fever, body pains and more importantly spondylitis.

One would remember how Pawan Kalyan suffered physically when he made an attempt to climb up the seven hills of Tirumala to have a darshan of Lord Venkateshwara a few months ago.

The videos of the deputy chief minister struggling to do trekking of the hills surfaced on social media.

So, the frequent reports about his health issues have caused widespread anxiety among the party workers and his fans.

Since he has just started making a mark in the administration and still has a long way to go in politics, his frequent signs of illness have become a matter of concern.

On Tuesday, Pawan Kalyan travelled from Hyderabad to Amaravati to attend the cabinet meeting chaired by chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Though the meeting was scheduled to begin at 11 am, but Pawan Kalyan came half an hour in advance.

But he could not sit in the meeting for a long time, as he was running a fever at the time. So, he left for his chambers.

Unable to wait even for the elevator doors to open, Pawan reportedly sat down on a nearby chair for some time, indicating the severity of his condition.

There have been past instances when he had to leave meetings midway during his opposition tours due to health flare-ups.

Now, with his responsibilities increasing due to his dual role as a politician and an actor, questions are being raised about whether he is neglecting his health.

Apparently, Pawan Kalyan’s spondylitis problem has recurred. Naidu is learnt to have advised Pawan Kalyan not to take too much strain and focus his health.

Given his current critical role in both politics and cinema, his followers believe he must stay healthy and active.

Some suggest he should consider taking a break from all engagements and travel abroad for specialized treatment, especially since better medication for his condition may be available overseas.
