We Have No Plans To Topple AP Govt

Minutes after the Cabinet meeting, Minister for Information and Transport Perni Venkatramaiah (Nani), made sensational comments on the BJP.

He alleged that the BJP leadership was trying to topple the Jagan Mohan Reddy government in the state.

He also alleged that the BJP was working with the Jana Sena openly and with TDP secretly to unseat Jagan Mohan Reddy in the State.

Those were wild comments from the ruling party in the State which is having soft and healthy relations with the BJP leadership at the Centre ever since 2019 general elections.

The BJP had extended open invitation to the YSR Congress to join the Central government and had even offered the Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha.

Similar offers were extended to the YSR Congress on a couple of occasions whenever Jagan Mohan Reddy visited the national capital.

The statement sent shocking waves in the political circles and the media groups with people raising their eyebrows in shock and surprise.

However, in less than 24 hours, BJP AP president Somu Veerraju reacted wildly to the topple conspiracy attributed to the party by the YSR Congress.

He told the media persons that the BJP had never worked only with an eye on power and never toppled any government.

However, he said that the BJP was working to have its own chief minister duly elected with its own strength.

Well, neither the topple theory of the YSR Congress nor the saffron chief minister theory of the BJP are unbelievable and are made to create some debate in political circles as part of the diversion politics.
