Unrest growing in YSRCP cadre against Sajjala!

Notwithstanding the complaints from various leaders and cadres against YSRCP general secretary Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, party president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy seems to have complete trust in him and is continuing him in the key positions.

At present, Sajjala has been made in-charge of all the affiliated wings of the party, besides the state coordinator post, which many of the party leaders and activists are strongly opposing.

So, whenever Sajjala makes an appearance in the party meetings and his speeches are highlighted in the media and social media, the party workers resort to heavy trolling of him.

On Wednesday, Sajjala held a meeting with representatives of YSRCP youth, student and intellectual wings at the party’s central office and asked them to actively counter misinformation against Jagan and expose the failures of the ruling coalition government.

As his message was posted on the official page of the YSRCP, there were several messages trolling him heavily. The party workers requested Jagan to keep people like Sajjala away and listen to them directly.

“At least now, please listen to the party workers sir and give them time to meet you,” said one party worker.

“Who is this Sajjala, after all? When Jagan was undertaking padayatra for 3,500 km, he used to talk to the people and party workers directly. This stupid Sajjala has ever done that? Did he meet anybody during the recent elections?” asked another party worker.

“Whatever you may think about me. But this ‘Saddula Ramakrishna Reddy’ should not be there in the party. The party will be ruined because of this fellow. This is not my word alone, but that of all party workers,” pointed out a party activist.

Another worker said: “Oh have you come brother? When Jagan anna has started moving among the people in the last two days, I thought the party is getting good mileage. But you have stepped in, ruing our happiness again.”

Another party worker from Palnadu asked: “Sajjala, when are you taking retirement?”

Many such comments like “why Jagan is forcing Sajjala on party cadre,” “we don’t want Sajjala” and “Andhra Sasi Kala podaa party nundi?” flooded the party’s social media platform.

“If Jagan doesn’t hound out Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, the party is going to bite the dust next time as well,” summed up another party leader about the thinking among the party workers.

Is Jagan listening?
