The Question That Makes Pawan Kalyan Angry

The Question That Makes Pawan Kalyan Angry

This is not a question pertaining to Pawan Kalyan's personal life or the number of seats he plans to seek in alliance with the TDP. Those are questions he cannot answer. However, there is a question that seems to greatly anger Pawan Kalyan.

Can you guess what that question is? It is about the constituency from which Pawan Kalyan will contest in the upcoming assembly elections.

Typically, a leader has a specific constituency of interest. Even if there are considerations such as reservation, neighboring constituencies are generally chosen. In Andhra Pradesh, even those who do not have a real residence are associated with a constituency.

However, this specific calculation may not be the only factor at play. Pawan Kalyan's situation is unique. YCP leaders are now demanding that Pawan Kalyan, who is campaigning through the Varahi Yatra, disclose the constituency from which he will contest. Pawan Kalyan, considering this questioning process to be his own, may choose not to answer them.

Pawan Kalyan has already received invitations from two constituencies, with Dwarampudi Chandrasekhara Reddy challenging him to contest from Kakinada and Mudragada Padmanabham suggesting the Pithapuram constituency. However, Pawan may not have the inclination to pursue either of these options.

Pawan Kalyan expressed his sympathy for them, stating that if they had supported him in Gajuwaka, he would have put an end to the chaos in Visakhapatnam. Nevertheless, he may not be willing to contest from Gajuwaka and Bhimavaram constituencies, where he faced a significant defeat in the last elections.

In this regard, Pawan Kalyan seems to lack the determination displayed by Nara Lokesh, who has announced his intention to contest again from the Mangalagiri constituency despite a previous defeat. Pawan, on the other hand, does not have the audacity to make such a statement.

There have been rumors for a few years that he might contest from Tirupati, but currently, Pawan is gathering details from the organizations that have conducted surveys for his party. This indicates that his constituency is not yet clear. If his opponents ask him a question about which constituency he belongs to, he gets angry but remains silent.

Pawan can contest from any place, but it is likely that he will choose a constituency where the Kapu community holds a majority.
