The first list of candidates belonging to Telugu Desam Party-Jana Sena Party alliance is ready and is most likely to be released jointly by TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan at 11.40 am (IST) on Saturday, considered to be auspicious muhurtam on account of Magha Pournami.
According to sources, the list has been finalised after several rounds of discussion between Naidu and Pawan and also within their respective parties. The first list is expected to have around 60-70 names from both the parties.
Both the party presidents have called important leaders of their parties to be available during the announcement of the lists. Sources said only those seats where there is no controversy or confusion over the candidates will be released, sources said.
According to the names doing rounds in a section of media, the Jana Sena Party candidates figuring in the first list are: Pawan Kalyan (Bhimavaram), Bommidi Nayakar (Narsapuram), Nadendla Manohar (Tenali), Bathula Balarama Krishna (Rajanagaram), Sundarapu Vijay (Yelamanchili), Panchakarla Ramesh (Pendurthi), Sundarapu Satish (Gajuwaka) and Vamsi Krishna Srinivas (Bheemili).

Interestingly, the names of Naidu from Kuppam and his son Nara Lokesh from Mangalagiri are missing in the list. However, since this list comprises only around 40 names, their names might figure in the final list to be released by the party officially later in the day.
