The election season is seeing a significant circulation of money among individuals.
Two segments of people are earning based on daily call sheets.
The first segment comprises the general public who attend campaign meetings in crowds.
Surprisingly, a majority of those attending one meeting also appear at others when they belong to the same locality.
They receive a daily wage ranging from Rs 200 to Rs 500, along with food and beverages.
The second segment includes politicians and influencers who campaign on the streets.
Some comedians known for their comedy shows are being paid up to Rs 4 lakh per day for their presence. Hence, one can imagine the total when they campaign for 30 days.
Similarly, a prominent politician representing a community is paid Rs 10 lakh per day for participating in campaigns and delivering speeches.
Moreover, another politician, who didn't secure a ticket to contest this time, is organizing film actors and comedians to campaign for wealthy candidates, reportedly earning a commission close to Rs 1 crore.
Furthermore, a renowned politician campaigning against the ruling party, is allegedly receiving Rs 1 crore per day as a call sheet fee from the opposite group until the election day.
With money flowing into their pockets, these individuals seem unfazed by the scorching heat ranging from 40 to 46 degrees Celsius.
Those who don't fall into any of the above categories for earning through daily call sheets can only complain about scorching heat sitting at homes.
