RRR greets Jagan, want seat next to him!

Strange are the ways of former YSR Congress party MP and presently, Telugu Desam Party lawmaker from Undi constituency Kanumuru Raghu Ramakrishnam Raju.

He surprised everybody with his actions when he came across YSRCP president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy in the state assembly on Monday.

“Hi Jagan,” Raju wished the former chief minister and the latter reciprocated the gesture.

Raju shook his hands with Jagan and the latter patted him on the back. Both of them were seen exchanging pleasantries and talking to each other.

Apparently, the present TDP MLA asked Jagan to come to the state assembly regularly and the YSRCP president asserted that he would definitely attend the sessions.

Meanwhile, senior TDP leader and state finance minister Payyavula Kesav came there and Raju requested him to allot a seat beside Jagan in the House.

“Sure, sure,” Kesav said, smilingly.

Later, Raju sat beside Jagan in the House for some time, before the YSRCP members staged a walk out after registering protest during the Governor’s address.

It is a known fact that Raju has been displaying utter animosity towards Jagan for the last five years. Because of his rebel nature, he could not enter his Narasapuram parliamentary constituency for over four years.

Raju also had to face sedition cases during the Jagan government and had alleged that the CID police had subjected to him to custodial torture.

For the last four years, Raju had been holding Rachabanda forum in New Delhi every day, making stinging comments against Jagan.

In fact, a few days ago, the Guntur police booked cases, including attempt to murder case, against Jagan and three IPS officers based on a complaint lodged by Raju.

Against this backdrop, the friendly gesture by Raju towards Jagan has caught the attention of the media!
