CM Jagan called the lone MLA of Jana Sena Rapaka Vara Prasad as 'Anna Rapakanna..' affectionately.
He has participated in the video conference with district leaders, government officials on the occasion of Kapu Nestham funds release. While he was sitting beside YCP MLAs, Jagan called him 'anna' affectionately.
Rapaka was thrilled with Jagan's warm gesture. He was delighted as Jagan called him 'anna' by remembering him even though there are YCP MLAs and MPs. That is Jagan's affection and his culture.
But those two things are missing in Pawan. Rapaka Vara Prasad is feeling sad that Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan never called him with such affection.
Rapaka got emotional after the video conference and mentioned the same thing with the YCP leaders. He also shared the same thing with his followers in the constituency and turned very emotional with tears in his eyes. Jagan's reference as 'anna' made him very happy.
In fact, Jagan's affectionate reference reminded him of the insults he faced in Jana Sena. Pawan Kalyan took some time to convey his wishes to Rapaka after his win.
He couldn't digest the fact that a single person has won the MLA while he lost elections at the two constituencies, the entire party washed away in Jagan's wave. He never used to give the importance to Rapaka that he gives to Nadendla Manohar.
Once Nadendla ridiculed Rapaka in front of Pawan as he attended the meeting a little late. But Jana Sena chief was silent then. Rapaka encountered many such insults later.
Jagan is not that kind of person. He calls the persons who are younger to him with respect and affection. There will be no CM other than Jagan who calls the officials as 'anna' in the whole country.
Jagan has remembered Rapaka who is an MLA from the opposition and called him affectionately. By doing so, he has assured him that Rapaka is with them. He has indirectly given an indication to the district leaders.
This warm gesture of Jagan increased Rapaka's affection towards Jagan and got emotional.
