Minister for Irrigation Ambati Rambabu said that Eenadu chief Ch Ramoji Rao is working to bring Chandrababu Naidu back to power.
Rambabu told media persons that Ramoji Rao had started writing one story against the government every day with false and misleading information.
“Ramoji Rao is working hard but there is no hope of people backing Chandrababu Naidu,” the minister said.
He further said that people are not ready to believe Ramoji Rao’s lies and Chandrababu Naidu’s politics.
He wondered why Ramoji Rao is so frustrated while people across the state are getting the benefits of the Jagan Mohan Reddy government.
“Whatever Ramoji Rao or the yellow media is writing against the government, people are not taking it seriously,” the minister claimed.
He wondered why Ramoji Rao was not writing about the mistakes committed by Chandrababu Naidu regime in Polavaram Project.
He alleged that the diaphragm wall was damaged only because of the mismanagement of the construction and planning by then chief minister Chandrababu Naidu and then irrigation minister Devineni Umamaheswara Rao.
Rambabu said that the TDP regime had caused damage to the prestigious Polavaram Project and wanted to know why the yellow media was not writing about the same.
Referring to Chandrababu Naidu’s early polls statements, the minister said that the TDP chief was indulging in day dreaming.
“There is no need for Jagan Mohan Reddy government to go for early polls. We are not afraid of defeat. We will retain power in the state,” Rambabu asserted.
