Hyderabad: YSR Congress has said that the police chief of Andhra Pradesh RP Thakur stands exposed for his felony by stepping out of his limits while building the house which shows his nature and intent.
Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday party MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy (RK) said,"if the DGP of Andhra Pradesh violates the law and encroaches the neighbouring land that belongs to a park and does not respond to the notices of municipal authorities where are we heading.
Only after we move the court and it expresses concern, do things move and the DGP in a hurry demolishes the compound wall to clear the encroachment only shows that he has been abusing power.
If the top police officer, who has to safeguard the law and order of the state, resorts to such a violation, particularly at a time when there are numerous incidents of violations on various fronts and this man who heads the police force has to dispense justice, it is very ironic.
Whether it is the attack on the Leader of Opposition at Vizag airport or the on going issue of data theft, the credibility of the Chandrababu Naidu has being questioned who has this DGP RP Thakur at the helm of affairs," he said.
