After a long time, power star and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan is going to back in political action, apparently to rejuvenate the party cadres who have gone into a virtual slumber with their boss taking a pause in politics.
Pawan is going to make a tour in Vijayawada on Tuesday and interact with party activists.
On Wednesday, he would have a meeting with senior leaders of the party at the Jana Sena’s headquarters in Mangalagiri to discuss the present political developments in the state.
Enthused by Pawan’s decision, the Jana Sena leaders are making all arrangements for his visit to Vijayawada and Guntur.
He is expected to discuss the party’s future course of action and the issues confronting the state such as river water disputes with Telangana.
According to Jana Sena sources, Pawan will take a review of the party position and the issues it has with its alliance partner Bharatiya Janata Party.
Interestingly, there is no plan of Pawan to meet the BJP leaders, who have been ignoring him after the Tirupati LS bypolls.
Even during the recent state committee meeting of the BJP, there was no discussion on the alliance with the Jana Sena Party. Though both the parties have not uttered a word yet, the alliance seems to be on the weak wicket.
All these days, Pawan had been busy with his shootings, besides health issues arising out of Covid-19.
One wonders whether his return to political activity is only temporary or whether he will continue this momentum.
