He has targeted the volunteer system, accusing it of engaging in criminal activities.
Pawan Kalyan has also questioned the existence of the volunteer system and village secretariat system.
He questions why these two systems exist when the Panchayat Raj system has been in place for several decades.
Pawan Kalyan should understand that these systems are periodically reformed to meet the needs of society and the changing needs of the people.
Village Secretariats are a simplification of governance, where they consolidate the duties of 150 departments.
All services provided by these 150 departments are now accessible at the Village Secretariat, reducing the time and inconvenience for people in obtaining those services.
This represents a further decentralization of administration, bringing governance to the doorsteps of the people.
Pawan Kalyan has also spoken about volunteers, alleging that unfamiliar young men are entering people's homes.
What Pawan Kalyan fails to recognize is that volunteers are chosen from among the 50 families they serve, and they are familiar to every family and individual. They are not strangers, as Pawan Kalyan claims.
In response to Pawan Kalyan's ignorant and immature comments, social activists from the YSR Congress promptly raised a similar question: "When Chiranjeevi is already a hero, why Pawan Kalyan? When the TDP is already in opposition, why Jana Sena?"
