In Tirupathi today, Pawan Kalyan said that Pulivendula, which has a respectful background has become a hub for factionism and goondas now. How can he say that? There are many people in Pulivendula apart from the politicians he hates. It is an insult for the common people for branding their place with such maligning harangue.
