Jana Sena Party president and power star Pawan Kalyan has fallen sick once again and is not a position to take part in the election campaign aggressively for now.
This was disclosed by the party in a statement on Saturday. It said the Jana Sena Party president has been frequently suffering from fever and has undergone medical tests.
According to the medical reports, Pawan Kalyan has been suffering from recurring influenza, as a result of which there is a pleural effusion (accumulation of water in the layers of lungs), causing fever at least once every day.
However, the Jana Sena party said there was nothing to worry and doctors told him to take enough precautions to avoid dust and pollen during the electioneering.
“In view of the health condition of Pawan Kalyan, we appeal to the party workers and people not to offer him heavy garlands using cranes. We also request the people and fans not to insist on handshakes and selfies with Pawan Kalyan,” the party said in the statement.
It also asked the party workers and people to be careful while showering petals at him and ensure that they would not fall on his face.
“This is our humble request to enthusiastic women, Jana Sainiks and fans,” the party said.
