Opinion: YS Jagan's Half Baked Works In The State

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister is taking revolutionary decisions. But many are not being moved forward or implemented. While some are in agreement with the decisions, others are obstructing it. YS Jagan is losing interest in such works and leaving midway without pushing with his power.

There was a proposal on new districts. The names were also announced. From the last two years, nothing has been done in this regard. Nobody knows what happened to the decision about the district boundaries. Nothing is happening in this regard.

There was a proposal for a government medical college for each district with a super speciality hospital. The foundation stones were also laid virtually. Already 6 months have passed. The tenders were called only for a couple of ventures. Only with the formation of new districts and the appointment of new collectors, will things move. The overall development of the state will be evident with those many medical colleges and hospitals. Don't know why Jagan is not moving his system and officers to accomplish that task.

The three capital decisions are also midway. The Chief Minister camp office in Vizag hasn't seen the light yet. The High Court in Kurnool is also still pending. There are no hindrances from the court to start the CM camp office in vizag. But things are not moving.

Jagan also announced the change of Ministers in different portfolios for every two and half years. It is not so easy to remove all the Ministers and replace them with new faces. Then why did Jagan make this announcement in the first place? Only he should know.

The level wise prohibition was also announced but the count of wine shops is also not reducing.

On a whole, there are several things to be done as per the promises made to the public and to be in tune with the expectations of the voters.
