Opinion: Pattabhi Behind Chandrababu's Crying Scene

Opinion: Pattabhi Behind Chandrababu's Crying Scene

Who made CBN cry? This is the question to sane minds. This is something like "Why Kattappa Killed Bahubali"?

Many would say the names of Vallabhaneni Vamshi or Ambati Rambabu or some random YCP names from the Assembly hall. But looking back we get the origin of this entire issue.

It was Pattabhi, the TDP leader who called Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy "Bhos##ike". There was a big uproar from a group who got into violence against the TDP offices and Pattabhi's house at that time. Eventually Pattabhi fled to Maldives to avoid further problems with the YCP fans.

At that time, it was YS Jagan Mohan Reddy himself who gave the meaning of that word in Telugu on a public platform. He said that "Bhos##ike" means "Lan##K#dka" and the opposition party called him with that word insulting his mother.

This triggered Vallabhaneni Vamshi, an ardent fan of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy,  who decided to make Nara Lokesh a "Bhos##ike" as a counter attack. He brought in the name of Alimineti Madhava Reddy into this and the rest of the story is known to all.

But Chandrababu or Lokesh didn't condemn Vallabhaneni at that time. They kept quiet until the Kuppam results came out and the Assembly sessions started.

In the Assembly, when a TDP MLA poked Ambati Rambabu based on an alleged audio recording that was in circulation, Ambati got irked and said, "Let us discuss on Madhava Reddy's murder also".

This caused some stir among the YSRCP MLAs. Some random members shouted, "Lokesh ela puttaado cheppandi" (tell how Lokesh was born).

Hearing this in the Assembly, Chandrababu got insulted to the core and walked out expressing his anger and pledging he would step into Assembly again only as the CM.

Later he held a Press meet and cried loudly, even attracting the attention of the National Media.

So, the root cause for this unrest and anguish for Chandrababu is the slip of Pattabhi's tongue that uttered the word "Bhos##ike".
