Night Curfew In AP From Tomorrow

The State government had decided to impose night curfew in the state from Saturday, April 24.

Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy took the decision to impose the night curfew as the number of covid positive cases are increasing.

The decision came shortly after the cabinet sub-committee submitting its report to the chief minister on Friday.

The chief minister had directed the police to enforce the night curfew all over the state during those fixed hours. 

The chief minister had also decided to give free vaccine to the people above 18 years age in the state. 

The government estimated that there would be 2.04 crore people in the state aged above 18 years. 

The government had given the vaccine to people above the age of 65 years in the first phase and extended it to people above the age of 45 years in the second phase.

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi had asked the states to give vaccine to all people above 18 years, the AP had announced that it would give vaccine free of cost.
