Five years ago, Telugu Desam Party president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu was spitting venom at Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally and the BJP government at the Centre in general.
At his every election meeting in 2019, Naidu was attacking Modi with choicest words and he even went to the extent of calling the Prime Minister a terrorist and a man who had no family values. He even said in terms of political experience, Modi was no match to him.
Five years later, it was an entirely different scenario at the NDA rally at Chilakaluripet, after the TDP joined hands with the BJP again and was back into the NDA fold, for the sake of returning to power by hook or crook, with the support of Jana Sena Party led by actor Pawan Kalyan.
Those who listen to Naidu chanting the Modi mantra at the top of his voice and praising the Prime Minister with superlative compliments were shocked and surprised at the way how a person can change his colours like a chameleon.
