Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday wished Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy a speedy recovery.
The YSRCP supremo and AP CM, was injured during his political campaign in Vijayawada.
It is said Jagan suffered injuries to one of his eyes.
As per reports, unidentified miscreants pelted stones at the Andhra Pradesh chief minister Jagan and his team who were in Vijayawada to campaign for the upcoming elections in the state.
Jagan is said to have resumed his campaign after first aid was administered. As soon as news came out of Jagan's injury, Prime Minister Modi took to X to wish Jagan well.
In his post on X, PM posted,“I pray for the speedy recovery and good health of Andhra Pradesh CM @ysjagan Garu.” (sic)
