Controversies continue to surround the allocation of 60 acres of land by the Andhra Pradesh government headed by N Chandrababu Naidu to the newly-formed company Ursa Clusters to set up its data centre in Visakhapatnam, despite the clarification given by the company defending its credentials.
Former Vijayawada MP Kesineni Srinivas alias Kesineni Nani was the first one to expose the scam behind the land allocation to Ursa Clusters and the alleged nexus between the company promoters and his brother Kesineni Shivanath alias Chinni.
Despite the clarification given by the company and the social media attack from his brother, Kesineni Nani has stuck to his stand.
On Thursday, Nani took to social media again and declared that “Vizag is for sale and that is for sure.”
He said: “Irrespective of whether anybody has given any number of clarifications by conducting zoom meetings, anybody has hurled filthy abuses at me, described me as mad or a psycho… One thing is certain. #URSAClusters Vizag is for sale.”
To support his argument, he disclosed documents showing business links between Ursa Clusters founder Satish Abburi’s brother Abburi Ramakrishna and Kesineni Chinni’s wife Kesineni Janaki Lakshmi in founding a real estate company 21st Century Investments and Properties Pvt Ltd in 2007.
Nani also disclosed several complaints on the forums of the indianrealestateboard.com by the investors who put in their hard-earned money in various projects launched by 21st Century Investments at various places of Hyderabad including Gajularamaram, Nizampet, Bachupally, L B Nagar etc.
The complaints revealed how the promoters including Ramakrishna, Satish and Venkat Abburi had cheated the investors and swindled their money.
“These guys are big time fraudsters and have confidence that nobody can touch / do anything to them,” one of the investors said.
He said these three brothers - Ramakrishna, Satish, and Venkat Abburi do not have any or principles and ethics. Ramakrishna has indeed disappeared with his family.
“These three brothers kept promising that they will settle the matters within no time, but they have failed due to whatever reasons. Not responding to any of the calls anymore,” he said.
Attaching these complaints, Kesineni expressed doubts over the credentials of the Ursa Clusters and says it is clearly that it is going to be a land scam in Vizag.
