Even as there have been reports that YSR Congress party led by Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has been cosying up with the Bharatiya Janata Party leadership in Delhi, YSRC general secretary and parliamentary party leader V Vijay Sai Reddy has been selectively targeting the state BJP leadership, particularly its president Kanna Laxminarayana.
Continuing the twitter war with the state BJP leadership, Sai Reddy on Tuesday stepped up his aggressive attack saying the saffron party should sack the “wicked jackals” like Kanna and Sujana Chowdary, who he alleged had been the “package” leaders of TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu.
Reiterating his allegation that Kanna had been sold out to Sujana Chowdary, a mole of Naidu, in the TDP for Rs 20 crore, Sai Reddy went a step ahead and said he had all the evidences to prove that the state BJP president, along with former Union minister D Purandeshwari, had swindled the party money.
“I have all the accounts of the BJP – how much the central leadership had sent for the party candidates in the state in the last elections and how much Kanna, Purandeshwari had swindled and how much they had spent. I am not disclosing the details, because it is the internal matter of the BJP,” he said.
“I have not indulged in corruption of even one rupee in politics. I can take a vow on Lord Ganesh of Kanipakam. But people like Kanna, who were sold out to other parties, are trying to teach me lessons. How dare Sujana Chowdary who looted thousands of crores from the banks question me?" Sai Reddy asked.
He said he would give answers to the real BJP leaders and not TJP (TDP Jackals’ Party) leaders like Kanna, who were sold out to Chandrababu Naidu.
He alleged that Sujana Chowdary was a covert of Naidu in the BJP and was taking care of the payments to other leaders on behalf of the TDP.
“Whatever you are enjoying is people’s money in the banks. The amount you have spent – Rs 100 crore for Rajya Sabha seat, Rs 20 crore paid to “Sunna” (Kanna), Rs 1,000 crore distributed for TDP candidates in the elections and money spent to purchase 500 acres in Amaravati through insider trading – all belongs to the people. Though the banks are issuing statements auctioning your properties, you are still normal. Hats off, Mr Sujana,” Sai Reddy said.
