Senior leader Chegondi Harirama Jogayya, who is well known in the Kapu community, made some provocative remarks today. Here are the highlighted lines:
The TDP is attempting to weaken Jana Sena.
Chandrababu Naidu must come down if he really wishes to defeat Jagan.
Jagan can only be defeated if Pawan Kalyan is made the CM.
Pawan Kalyan is scheduled to hold the Jana Sena Party Avirbhava Sabha in the next two days. The focus of the meeting is to address the Kapu community and clarify that their support for Jana Sena will not go to waste. To achieve this goal, Pawan Kalyan has organized the Kapu Welfare Sena conference.
The conference's objective is to gather all party members and inspire them with enthusiasm. Hari Rama Jogayya, a Kapu elder in Pawan's circle, was also invited. However, Jogayya's comments, which may harm Jana Sena's alliance with the Telugu Desam Party, were unexpected.
Jogayya recommended that the Jana Sena Party should maintain an equal distance with Telugu Desam and YCP and work together to defeat these two parties. This suggestion may not have gone over well with Pawan, who is eager to form an alliance with the Telugu Desam Party.
Jogayya accused Chandrababu Naidu of attempting to weaken the Jana Sena, claiming that he had taken Kanna, who was going to join Jana Sena, to the Telugu Desam.
Jogayya also alleged that Chandrababu Naidu is spreading rumors that the Jana Sena party will only get 20 seats in the upcoming elections as a part of the alliance.
In general, Jogayya's criticism of Pawan's eagerness to form an alliance with the Telugu Desam Party and carry Chandrababu's palanquin is not well-received.
This is an unpleasant experience for Pawan Kalyan. Jogayya's comments have created a rift in the Telugu Desam-Jana Sena alliance, which has yet to start.
All in all, Jogayya's remarks have created tension in the Jana Sena cadres and put a strain on the alliance between the Telugu Desam and Jana Sena. So, this is a new headache for CBN more than anyone else in the state.
