Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy finally took 'revenge' on Vizag policemen, who obstructed him from participating in a dharna demanding special category status for Andhra Pradesh in Vizag on January 26, 2017, when TDP was in power.
The Vizag police denied permission to Jagan to hold dharna on January 26 as Republic Day celebrations will be held on that day. The police cited 'law and order issues' in Vizag, if dharna is allowed on January 26.
Jagan had alleged that police denied him permission following the directions of then AP CM N Chandrababu Naidu.
Jagan refused to cancel the dharna and reached Vizag airport on the morning of January 26.
However, Vizag police deployed huge police force at the airport to prevent Jagan from entering the city.
Jagan was not allowed to come outside even from the airport. The police forced him to board another flight to Hyderabad and sent him back.
At that time, there were heated arguments between Jagan and police in the airport.
Jagan had then warned policemen that he will become CM soon and take action against police who obstructed him. This created a furore then.
Now that Jagan became CM two months ago, everyone thought that Jagan would not take any action and Jagan warned police out of anger then as Jagan did not touch Vizag police so far.
But Jagan is not that kind of a person who excuses or leaves someone so easily. Jagan took 'secret revenge' on Vizag police.
Oral instruction were given to Vizag police commissioner to take 'action' against police.
The result, there SIs and one SI were relieved from the duties. They were kept idle without giving any postings.
All this was done 'secretly' on July 27, but it came to light now.
That is Jagan.
