The latest order issued by the Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy government appointing Kesireddy Rajasekhar Reddy as the Advisor (Information Technology) is an example for how Jagan does not forget the services rendered by loyalists in the last five years.
It is also a reward to the talent displayed by Kesireddy in the IT sector. He has been an ardent fan of Jagan for several years, extending untiring services to the YSR Congress party. And that fetched him the most prestigious post now.
Kesireddy had been into IT industry in the US for several years, before sacrificing his lucrative business for the sake of his favourite leader Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
He dedicated his full time for the YSR Congress party out of his sheer affection towards Jagan.
He rendered the services to party as in-charge of Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC). His hard work in setting up booth committees, which formed the backbone of the party and bringing about coordination among them helped the party to a great extent in coming to power.
Kesireddy applied modern technology in monitoring the functioning of booth committees and played a key role in coordinating their activities with the state committee.
By the time elections were announced, the YSRC had become organisationally strong with nearly 43,000 booth-level committees, thanks to the efforts and hard work of Kesireddy.
He also played instrumental role in bringing several Telugu Desam Party leaders into YSR Congress party, thereby strengthening the party leadership.
While following the directions given by Jagan Mohan Reddy and implementing the suggestions given by party national general secretary V Vijay Sai Reddy from time to time, Kesireddy worked for strengthening of booth committees as well as other frontal organisations of the party.
Expressing gratitude to Jagan Mohan Reddy for appointing him as IT (Advisor), Kesireddy said he would try his best in living up to the expectations of the chief minister who had reposed confidence in him.
“I am confident I will render complete justice to the responsibilities entrusted to me,” he said.
