IT Employees Receive Notices For CBN Arrest Protest

A small group of IT employees has taken to the streets to protest against the arrest of Chandrababu Naidu.

It is evident that a few politically motivated people have orchestrated this demonstration in the Gachibowli and Kukatpally areas of Hyderabad gathering some IT employees. Their statements in support of Chandrababu Naidu were broadcasted on television channels.

In response to this situation, some companies have identified these protesting employees and issued notices requesting explanations for their actions. In some cases, companies have gone as far as reprimanding these employees.

It is a well-established rule that IT companies don't allow their employees to engage in public political protests.

Moreover, this occurred during a regular working day, and the employees left their workplaces to protest during working hours after recording their attendance at the company.

A Human Resources Executive from an IT company commented, "Only a few politically motivated individuals instigated the working IT employees to create this disturbance. Ultimately, the employees have become scapegoats, and some of them have received notices. We do not endorse such behavior from our employees. Only the weak-minded employees get into this kind of trap".

This situation serves as a valuable lesson for IT employees who may be swayed by politically motivated groups. No politician will come to their rescue if their jobs are jeopardized.
