It is known news that the Andhra Pradesh government has demolished illegal encroachments of Gitam University and this is evoking major reactions from the opposition party TDP.
Well, they are not talking about the illegal grabbing but their point is, how government can demolish without issuing a notice.
A question to constitution Pandits is, when government lands are grabbed illegally, should government take their permission and demolish? Does a government have the need to give a notice?
Minister Muttamsetty also mentioned “Why didn’t they regularize these lands during TDP regime. Now, CM Jagan is taking back government lands. This is a public asset.”
Already Sabbam Hari's house wall got demolished and they created ruckus, now the same is happening with Gitam institute issue.
Truth is, Jagan is not seeing his people or others, anyone who is grabbing land illegally, Jagan is not sparing them. However, the yellow media is projecting as if only their people are being targeted.
What they don’t realize is, by talking like that they would be getting further cornered and they will gain zero benefit from this.
