Responding to Vijay Sai Reddy’s allegations, TDP MP Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar retorted that TDP did not have the ‘suitcase culture’ of distributing money for electoral purposes.
Maybe Kanakamedala is unaware of the reasons which made Chandrababu abandon Hyderabad and thereby compromise on the rights of Andhra Pradesh.
Was it not the cash for vote scam involving Revanth Reddy and Telangana MLC Stephenson which led to Chandrababu escaping to Amaravati and deserting the rights of Andhra in Telangana?
In fact, it is the TDP which started the ignominious culture of distributing money in elections with the entry of big industrialists into its fold.
This has engulfed the entire Telugu states to the extent that KCR allegedly paid Rs 20,000 for a vote in the Huzurabad election recently.
Therefore, Kanakamedla should get down from the illusory terrace he is standing on and at least remain silent if he cannot speak the truth.
