YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has given an exclusive interview to TV9 today in which he shared his inner feelings on the present political scenario, his agenda for the future, and his clarity about the development of the state.

Swearing-in in Vizag:
"I am going to do my next swearing-in in Vizag. My governance for the next five years will happen only from Vizag."
So, with this, he made it clear that Vizag is going to be the main capital of the state of Andhra Pradesh.
He also said, "Vizag is the biggest city in Andhra Pradesh. The infrastructure that this city has is not there in any other city of Andhra Pradesh".
He continued to say, "Once we establish it as a capital, many buildings and never-seen-before stadiums, secretariats, iconic convention centers, and more can be built there. People will talk about Vizag if this happens. This is all possible with a small investment only. We can simply invest a small amount in Vizag and give it a boost".
Jagan Mohan Reddy added, "Our competition is with Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. It is possible to compete only with Vizag by giving it a boost. We can attract many white-collar jobs and software jobs to the city. It never happens with Amaravathi and ends up as nothing but chasing a dream."
Is This Not Development:
For the critics who have been saying that there is no development in the state of Andhra Pradesh, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy asked in return:
"We are building 17 medical colleges in the state, which never happened earlier. Is that not development?
We are building four seaports in the state, which never happened before. This has happened in the last 59 months. The works are happening at a brisk pace. Is this not development?
We are building 10 fishing harbors. Is that not development?
We are making the works run for three industrial hubs. Is that not development?
The expansion of airports happened in the last 59 months, including Kadapa and Kurnool. The works are running at a fast pace for Bhogapuram airport. Is this not development?
The kind of support our government gave to MSMEs is phenomenal compared to the previous governments. In CBN's rule, he could only get 32000 Cr investments. But we brought in lakhs of crores.
We secured the number 1 position in ease of doing business consistently for several times. We have seen many industrialists who never stepped into AP have come in our government only. All this is happening now.
Apart from all this, we have a secretariat in every village. We have hospitals, English medium schools, and RBK centers in every village.
Is all this not development?"
Land Titling Act:
"There are no land disputes in western countries because they have this Act in vogue. But we don't have it. My motive is to provide clear title documents to all the people", Jagan said.
When asked, "why only AP," Jagan replied, "It's my intention to do. And I want to initiate it"
He continued to say, "It is a herculean task. We brought in surveyors in every village. We have to establish all this, and it takes a huge time to complete. A minimum of 2-3 years is needed for this to happen. Land titling is a security given to the landowners by the government."
90% Families Vs 50% Votes:
"I did good for 90% of families, then why don't I get 50% votes?" Jagan said.
He also continued, "I have faith in God and trust in people. My only wish is to be in the hearts of people after I die."
