Telugu Desam Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao seems to be feared of YSR Congress MP Avanthi Srinivas and moved away from Bheemili constituency and contesting from Visakhapatnam North assembly constituency in the forthcoming elections.
It is learnt that being an MP from Anakapalli, Mr Avanthi Srinivas has also maintained his relations with the leaders and people in Bheemili constituency.
In 2014, Avanthi has aspired the ticket of Bheemili but managed to get the MP ticket and sacrificed the same to Ganta Srinivasa Rao.
However, there is talk in Bheemili that the people are ready to vote for Avanthi Srinivas and thus Ganta moved away knowing about it.
Ganta Srinivasa Rao has never lost in the elections and never contested from the same constituency.
Till now he has contested in one Lok Sabha election and three assembly elections.
But, the followers of Ganta says that he has shifted to Visakhapatnam north constituency to take on BJP MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju who irritated Ganta by doing allegations that he was involved in land grabbing.
Earlier Ganta clearly said that he will contest again from Bheemili constituency but, no one has expected a sudden change in the decision and this shows that he has feared for Avanthi but acted as he is confident.
