Common Disease In American Telugu Associations

Whether it's TANA, NATS, NATA, or any other Telugu Association in the USA, they all share a common issue - a lack of unity within the organization.

Among the board members, there can be personal animosity driven by factors such as caste, jealousy, or baseless hatred.

Some individuals may even harbor a desire to see the event fail under the leadership of someone they dislike, finding satisfaction in their own ego being gratified.

Consequently, they act as disruptive forces working against the event's success.

On the other hand, there may be members who choose not to support the elected leader, even though they are well aware of the issues and shortcomings.

Instead of offering advice and guidance to the current leadership, they hoard their knowledge and ideas, waiting for the opportunity to use them when they themselves become leaders.

This kind of selfishness lacks team spirit and undermines the collective progress of the association.

This disease of disunity infects every Telugu association and requires treatment. Without addressing it, the unity of Telugus in the USA holds little meaning, and every event is bound to face disgrace at some point in time.
