Comedy Of Errors: RK Calls CBN A 'Nirdoshi'!

Comedy Of Errors: RK Calls CBN A 'Nirdoshi'!

If Chandrababu is in custody as an Accused, Andhra Jyothi Radhakrishna in his Kotta Paluku considers him 'nirdoshi (innocent).' However, when Jagan Mohan Reddy faces accusations, the same media labels him 'A1' or 'a criminal.'

How can anyone be called 'innocent' while in custody? If ABN Radhakrishna himself can pass judgment by calling Chandrababu 'innocent,' then what is the role of the courts? The choice of words always reflects the speaker or writer's stance.

Radhakrishna is not comfortable calling Chandrababu an "accused" or 'A37.' He insists that he is 'innocent.'

"It is the rulers' desire to confine Chandrababu to jail for at least two months.", he wrote.

Who are these "rulers"? Why can't he mention their names? By using the plural, is he implying Modi and Jagan Mohan Reddy? In fact, he dares not mention Modi's name in this context.

In the same statement, Radhakrishna mentions that although Amit Shah is the party's Number-2, he is unable to act independently, as everything happens according to Modi's wishes. This raises suspicions that TDP members may have tried to influence Amit Shah in their own way to secure Chandrababu's release but failed.

Chandrababu Naidu has spent one month in prison, and his remand has been extended until October 19th. Bail hearings are pending in the meantime.
