Srikalahasti MLA Bojjala Sudheer Reddy's actions have become increasingly controversial. Despite negative feedback within his constituency, he seems unconcerned about public opinion.
Many believe that Biyyapu Madhusudan Reddy, who lost the election, is now viewed as a more favorable leader than Bojjala.
Recently, Bojjala Sudheer faced criticism for allegedly threatening a media representative from his own party for reporting on illegal sand transportation.
Another serious allegation has emerged against him. Sushil Chaudhary, a scrap dealer from Uttar Pradesh working in Srikalahasti, accused the MLA of harassment.
According to Chaudhary, Bojjala Sudheer demanded a share of his earnings and threatened him for conducting business without the MLA’s permission.
Chaudhary claimed that Bojjala summoned him to Hyderabad and demanded a payment of Rs. 50 lakh to one crore rupees monthly to continue his business.
Despite Chaudhary’s pleas, the MLA allegedly remained firm on his demand.
Chaudhary also reported that Bojjala instructed local industrialists not to sell scrap to him, leaving him without business. He further stated that Bojjala's associates physically assaulted him.
In desperation, Chaudhary has appealed to CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan, and Nara Lokesh for justice.
Bojjala Sudheer's actions are drawing widespread criticism, and it remains to be seen how this situation will unfold.
