Senior YSR Congress party leader and Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy is planning to go to Japan on a holiday, but since he has been on anticipatory bail in connection with the case related to the murder of his uncle Y S Vivekananda Reddy, he has to take court permission.
On Wednesday, Avinash filed a petition in the special court for CBI cases in Hyderabad, seeking permission to tour Japan for a week – starting October 26 to November 2.
The court has already given strict orders prohibiting Avinash Reddy not to leave the country under any circumstances till the court gives its verdict in the Vivekananda Reddy murder case.
Though Avinash moved the high court seeking relaxation of conditions imposed on his anticipatory bail, it did not entertain his request and asked him to file a petition in the trial court itself.
As a result, the Kadapa MP filed the petition in the CBI court seeking permission for his Japan tour. The court is expected to take up his petition on Thursday.
