At last, Pawan Kalyan ends high drama in Vizag!

After being confined to his hotel room for more than 40 hours in Visakhapatnam, Tollywood power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan left for Vijayawada on Monday evening, not before enacting a high drama in the port city.

The Visakhapatnam police refused to allow Pawan Kalyan to come out of Hotel Novotel and cordoned off the entire area to prevent any of the Jana Sena Party workers to go in and meet him, except those who had booked rooms in the hotel, staff and media persons.

On Sunday, the police issued notices to Pawan Kalyan barring him from addressing any meetings or taking out rallies in Visakhapatnam as per Section 30 of the police act which will be in force in the city till October 31.

He was asked not to come out of hotel without permission. Similarly, if anybody wants to meet the actor, he or she has to take the permission from local Additional Commissioner of Police Harshitha Chandra.

So, Pawan chose to create a big scene outside the hotel. His party workers gathered in large numbers in front of the hotel and raised slogans in support of Jana Sena.

He posted a video of him waving at the crowds from the hotel room on his social media account, as the police confined him to the hotel.

"Hope, AP police won't tell me not to greet from my room's window," Pawan Kalyan tweeted. In another tweet, he said: "Our beloved AP police under the eminent leadership of CM Sri Thanos barred me not to hold Jana Sena programs, no rallies, no meetings. Left me with this option only... from my room window."

"A thought just crossed my mind... am I allowed to go for an evening walk on RK beach to take some fresh air," he said in another tweet.

Finally, Pawan Kalyan decided to leave for Vijayawada by a helicopter after going into a huddle with the party leaders in the hotel. In the evening, he came out of the hotel and left for Vijayawada amidst cheers by the fans.
